Riso Zaccaria is an Italian family-owned rice producer based in Salussola, in the province of Biella, Piedmont. The family’s rice-growing tradition began in 1950, when Silvio Zaccaria settled at Cascina Margaria, in the Baraggia area, together with members of the Traverso family.
