Rodolfi is an Italian producer of tomato products whose history dates back to 1896, when Remigio Rodolfi established the family's first tomato processing workshop in San Pancrazio, near Parma. Remaining under the ownership of the Rodolfi family for four generations, the company has grown into one of the leading producers of tomato products in the Emilia-Romagna region. Today, it operates three production facilities in Ozzano Taro, Fontanini, and Castelguelfo, located in the heart of Italy's Food Valley, where more than 250,000 tonnes of fresh tomatoes are processed each year. Rodolfi uses exclusively 100% Italian tomatoes, which are processed within 24 hours of harvest to preserve their natural flavour, colour, and aroma. Its product portfolio includes tomato passatas, chopped and peeled tomatoes, tomato concentrates, ready-made sauces, organic products, and products for the foodservice sector. Today, Rodolfi products are exported to more than 80 countries, with a continued focus on traceability, sustainable production, and preserving the traditional quality of Italian tomatoes.
