Rosset Terroir Sopraquota 900 2022 is a white wine made from 100% Petite Arvine grapes. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 880 to 920 meters, with a north-south orientation, on sandy and rocky soils rich in schist, granite, and quartz.
Harvesting is done manually in mid-October, with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare. The winemaking process involves various methods: fermentation takes place partly in amphorae, partly in clay vessels, partly in wood, and partly in steel, with cold pre-fermentative maceration and malolactic fermentation in wood.
The wine has a bright straw-yellow color, with delicate floral and citrus aromas, including pleasant notes of grapefruit. On the palate, it is dry, perfectly balanced between salinity and minerality.
It pairs well with fish dishes, seafood, and white meats.
