Muškat Žuti is a white wine produced by the Rossi winery in Istria, made from the Muscat Blanc (Muškat Žuti) grape variety, which is known for its pronounced aromatic character. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the hills around Bajkini near Vižinada, where the Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils support the development of intense aromas and balanced acidity.
After harvesting, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic profile of the variety. The wine typically shows a bright straw-yellow color and expressive aromas of white flowers, citrus, peach and tropical fruit, accompanied by delicate hints of honey and herbs.
On the palate it is fresh and aromatic, with a light to medium body and lively acidity that enhances its drinkability. The finish is clean and fragrant, emphasizing the floral and fruity character typical of Muscat wines.
Muškat Žuti from Rossi represents a classic aromatic style that highlights the varietal identity of this traditional Mediterranean grape.
