Bati Coconut Rum Liqueur is a Fijian coconut-flavored liqueur based on white rum, produced by Rum Co. of Fiji at South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka. Its base is a rum made from Fijian sugarcane molasses, distilled entirely in a column still and matured for two years in large oak vats. After maturation, the rum is blended with coconut flavor to create a tropical character and a lower alcohol content than standard rum, at 25% ABV. It has a smooth, sweet, and rounded profile, with pronounced coconut flavors supported by a light rum character. It can be served neat, chilled, or over ice, but is primarily intended for tropical cocktails. It is particularly suitable for a Piña Colada or mixed with pineapple juice, lime, coconut water, and other fruit juices.
