Sachi Foods is a Vietnamese producer of rice paper, crackers and other traditional foods from the former Binh Dinh Province. The company was founded in 2017 by Nguyen Huu Vinh under the official name IPP Sachi Joint Stock Company. The brand developed from the Sau Chien family workshop which had produced rice paper for approximately two decades. Larger-scale commercial production and wider distribution began in 2019. Sachi draws on the culinary tradition of Tam Quan which is known for its coconut milk rice paper. The ingredients used in production include rice, sesame seeds, locally grown coconuts, black pepper, chili, seaweed and selected dried seafood. Its range includes rice paper with sesame seeds, coconut milk or seaweed, spring roll wrappers, pre-toasted crackers and flavored snacks. The factory covers approximately 20,000 square meters and uses automated batter-spreading systems and enclosed equipment designed to replicate sun-heat toasting. The producer states that its rice paper contains no preservatives or artificial additives. Sachi distributes its products in Vietnam and exports them to the United States, Taiwan and South Korea.
