Le Chiffre Chardonnay from Saints Hills Winery is a 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Sv. Ante vineyard in Radovani, Istria.

It undergoes fermentation in concrete eggs and large wooden vats, followed by 18 to 24 months of aging in new French barrique barrels. The wine has a clear golden hue and an intense, layered aroma featuring tropical fruit and green apple, complemented by oak-derived notes of vanilla, butter, honey, and nuts. On the palate, it offers a medium-full texture with rich flavors of baked apple, peach, pear, and vanilla, enhanced by spice and a long, buttery finish.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with shellfish, delicate cheeses, fish, or roasted white meats. Le Chiffre elegantly combines the terroir of eastern Istria with precise oak integration and complexity appreciated by experienced white wine enthusiasts.
