Le Chiffre Chardonnay is a white wine produced by the Saints Hills winery from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Radovani vineyards in Istria. The grapes are harvested by hand, after which fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrique barrels, where the wine spends about a year on fine lees.

This process contributes to its complexity, texture and layered aromatic profile. It shows a golden-yellow color and aromas of ripe fruit such as peach, apple and pear, accompanied by citrus notes and subtle hints of vanilla, butter and toasted oak.

On the palate the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with balanced acidity and a pronounced mineral character. The finish is long and elegant, with persistent fruit and gentle spicy nuances.

Le Chiffre Chardonnay represents one of the signature wines of the Saints Hills winery and an interpretation of the Chardonnay variety shaped by the terroir of western Istria and a style that combines structure, elegance and aging potential.
