Sampler Brew House from Petrópolis, in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, is an independent craft brewery and brewpub that combines on-site beer production with the warm, relaxed atmosphere of a taproom. Founded in 2020, it grew out of the team’s previous experience in distributing brewing ingredients under the Sampler brand, which gave them a deep understanding of raw materials and the brewing process.
