Sapjack Grade A Golden Maple Syrup is an organic maple syrup classified as Grade A – Golden Color and Delicate Taste, produced in Island Pond, Vermont. It is the lightest and mildest variety in the Sapjack range and is typically made from sap collected early in the sugaring season.

Its only ingredient is 100% organic Vermont maple syrup. All the sap comes from the forest managed by its parent company, Sweet Tree Holdings, making it a single-source product. The freshly collected sap is processed using the proprietary Steam Craft™ method, developed to preserve maple’s clean, natural flavor. 

It has a light golden color, smooth texture, and mild, clean, and delicate maple flavor, without the pronounced caramelized notes associated with darker syrups. It is best served over pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and ice cream, but can also be used as a natural sweetener in beverages, cocktails, baked goods, and other desserts.
