Sarajishvili is one of the oldest and most significant producers of brandy in Georgia, with a history dating back to 1884, when David Sarajishvili founded the company in Tbilisi and introduced classical French cognac-making techniques to the region. This positioned Georgia among the early adopters of this production method outside of France.
