Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP Sgusciato is Sciara’s shelled green pistachio from Bronte, on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. It carries the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). In Bronte, pistachios are traditionally harvested in late summer every other year.

The product contains 100% green pistachios from Bronte. The kernels are naturally dried and sold shelled, unroasted, and unsalted. Sciara stores them in rooms with controlled temperature and humidity.

The kernels have a deep green color and a pronounced, aromatic flavor. They can be enjoyed whole as a snack or used to make gelato, nougat, and Sicilian pistachio pastries.
