Serrat is a small, family-owned winery located near Yarra Glen in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, founded by winemaker Tom Carson and his wife Nadège in the early 2000s. The name “Serrat” refers to high-density vine planting, a defining feature of the estate, where vines are planted at significantly higher densities than the Australian norm to reduce yield per vine and enhance concentration and site expression.
