The Cascatelli pasta, created in collaboration with Sporkful and Sfoglini, is a uniquely designed shape that combines wavy ruffles with a half-tube structure, mimicking the shape of waterfalls ("Cascatelli" in Italian). Cascatelli is crafted to optimize three key qualities: sauceability, forkability, and toothsinkability.

The shape's ruffles capture sauce efficiently, making it ideal for various sauces, and the bronze die extrusion process enhances its texture.
