Shahd Al-Sarat Dharm Honey is a Saudi monofloral lavender honey produced from the nectar of the dharm plant (Lavandula dentata). This perennial aromatic shrub grows naturally on the cool, mist-moistened slopes of the Sarawat and Hijaz Mountains, generally at elevations between 1,700 and 2,500 meters.

The honey comes from Shahd Al-Sarat Apiaries’ own licensed beehives. It is produced in limited quantities during the dharm flowering season, when bees collect its aromatic nectar in the mountainous regions of Saudi Arabia. The producer classifies it as liquid honey but notes that it is prone to natural crystallization, which does not indicate spoilage or the presence of added sugar.

Dharm Honey typically has a pale yellow-to-amber color, a pronounced floral and herbal aroma, and a mild, pleasantly aromatic flavor characteristic of lavender honey. After crystallization, it may become lighter in color and develop a denser, almost creamy texture. It can be enjoyed on its own, added to tea and other warm beverages, or served with bread, pastries, yogurt, mild cheeses, and nuts.
