Seaside Gin is the flagship product of Sheringham Distillery, inspired by the coastline of Vancouver Island. This gin combines botanical ingredients such as juniper, rose, lavender, citrus, coriander, and cardamom with locally and sustainably harvested Alaria marginata (commonly known as “winged kelp”), which lends a subtle salty note and a unique taste of the sea.
