Uroko Daiginjo Aged 10 Years is an aged sake from Shimazaki Shuzō, a brewery in Nasukarasuyama, Japan’s Tochigi Prefecture.

It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40% of its original grain size, and contains 17–18% alcohol. It matures in the darkness of an underground complex at an average annual temperature of approximately 10°C. Gentle seasonal temperature changes allow its rounded flavor and characteristic aged aromas to develop gradually.

It is characterized by an amber color, a sweet, honey-like aroma, and a soft, rounded palate, without pronounced alcoholic sharpness. Prolonged maturation gives it a more mellow character and a smooth texture. For this collection of aged sake, the brewery recommends dishes such as grilled eel and yakitori, as well as cheeses and smoked foods.
