Apricot Meadness from Silver Spoon Brewery is a strong, dessert-style melomel with 15% ABV, created in collaboration with Zen Brewery and Browar Rockmill. This mead combines the natural sweetness of honey with the rich aroma of ripe apricot, accented by warm cinnamon notes and subtle herbal hints from dry hopping.

After fermentation, it is aged for six months in George Dickel bourbon barrels, gaining layers of vanilla, caramel, and a gentle woody character. The aroma is dominated by ripe apricot, honey, and bourbon, while the background reveals delicate traces of cinnamon and oak warmth.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and well-rounded, with pronounced fruitiness and a creamy touch of vanilla. The texture is smooth and slightly oily, leading into a long, warm finish with lingering notes of caramel and spice.
