Ratafia Malhivern is a refined liqueur created at the Sol i Serena distillery, following an old family recipe. It is made from green walnuts, aromatic herbs, and spices, macerated in alcohol with the addition of water and sugar.

With 25% alcohol and a warm amber hue, this ratafia expresses a natural character and a perfect balance of flavors. On the palate, it reveals refreshing notes of mint, lemon balm, chamomile, and citronella, enriched by a subtle spicy touch of pennyroyal, leaving a long and pleasant finish.
