Soul Barrel Brewing is an independent brewery from Simondium in South Africa’s Cape Winelands region, known for its innovative approach and strong connection to the local terroir. It was founded by American brewer Nick Smith, who brought experience from the U.S. craft beer scene and blended it with South African traditions and ingredients.
