Steam Whistle Brewing is an independent Canadian brewery founded in 2000 in Toronto, with a clear philosophy: to do one thing really, really well. That’s why they focus on brewing just one beer – their signature Premium Pilsner, crafted from only four all-natural ingredients: spring water, malted barley, hops, and brewer’s yeast. Housed in the historic John Street Roundhouse – a former steam locomotive repair facility built in 1929 – the brewery combines rich industrial heritage with a modern approach to brewing.
