Stefano Lubiana Wines is a family-owned estate located in Granton in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, founded in the early 1990s by Stefano Lubiana, a fifth-generation winemaker with Italian roots. The vineyard was the first in Tasmania to receive biodynamic certification, and farming continues to follow organic and biodynamic principles with a strong emphasis on soil health and ecological balance.
