The bright gold is enveloped in slightly opalescent veils. Complex sweet wine tones intertwine with a hint of brittle and anise to create an extremely colorful carpet of aromas that is far removed from the heavy malt aromas typical of strong beer.

The majestic body with a semi-dry character, peppered with a Riesling-like acidity on the palate, shows two sides of the same coin. A gentle peppery note is characteristic in the alcoholic and persistent aftertaste.
