Pošip is a white wine produced by the Stina winery on the island of Brač in central Dalmatia, made from the indigenous Croatian grape variety Pošip. The grapes are grown in selected vineyards influenced by the Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine and rocky limestone soils typical of the Dalmatian islands.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromatic purity of the variety. The wine shows a bright straw-yellow color and an aromatic profile characterized by notes of citrus, peach and ripe apple, often accompanied by subtle floral and herbal nuances.

On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with medium body and lively acidity that enhances its drinkability. The finish is clean and persistent, with delicate fruit and mineral tones.

Stina Pošip represents a classic Dalmatian expression of this indigenous variety, combining freshness, aromatic intensity and the influence of the island terroir.
