Stohrer is a historic Parisian pâtisserie founded in 1730 by Nicolas Stohrer, formerly the pastry chef of Polish King Stanisław Leszczyński and later a member of the royal court of Louis XV. It is regarded as the oldest pâtisserie in Paris, and its original shop continues to operate at 51 Rue Montorgueil.
