Bún Gạo Jimmy is a dried rice vermicelli produced by Sukmono Vietnam for use in traditional and contemporary noodle dishes. It is made from 89% rice flour and 11% corn starch. The rice provides a mild flavor and characteristic aroma while the corn starch helps the strands retain their elasticity and shape during preparation. The product contains no added preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. For soup dishes, the noodles are boiled for approximately seven minutes before being rinsed with cold water and left to drain. They can be combined with beef, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables, or different types of broth. The noodles can also be used as a filling for rice paper rolls together with meat and fresh aromatic herbs.
