Summerbird is a Danish producer of organic chocolates and chocolate confections, founded in 1986, with its headquarters and production facilities in Assens, on the island of Funen. The brand was established by the Grønlykke family—Lene, Sven, and their son Mikael, a trained chef—with the aim of creating high-quality marzipan from carefully selected almonds.
