Nosotros Sofita by Susana Balbo is an ultra-premium red blend that showcases precision, complexity and elegance from Agrelo in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. It’s composed of approximately 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 40 % Cabernet Franc and 20 % Malbec, with grapes selected and hand-picked for quality and balance.

Fermentation involves cold maceration and native yeasts, extended maceration on skins and a mix of concrete and oak vessel work, followed by about 16 months in French oak barrels, giving the wine structure and depth without overshadowing its varietal character. The wine has a deep violet-red color and a rich aromatic profile of red fruits, raspberries and violets, accented by spicy black pepper, chocolate and tobacco notes that add complexity.

On the palate it is balanced, refined and well-structured, with fine ripe tannins and a long, elegant finish that reflects careful blending and aging strategy.
