Mermelada de Castañas con Azúcar de Caña is an organic chestnut jam sold under the Terra de Baronceli brand and produced by Conservas do Támega in the Monterrei Valley, Galicia, Spain.

It is made from chestnuts, water, cane sugar and lemon, all from organic sources. Terra de Baronceli prepares its jams at temperatures below 55°C.

The chestnuts give the jam its rich texture and distinctive flavour, while the cane sugar adds sweetness. It can be spread on bread or toast, served with pancakes or yogurt, or used as a filling for cakes and other desserts.
