The Donum Estate is a Sonoma-based winery located in the Carneros AVA, recognized for its estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and its strong emphasis on regenerative organic farming. Founded in 2001, the estate focuses on single-vineyard expressions that reflect the distinct soils, coastal influence, and microclimates of Carneros, as well as select sites in Anderson Valley and Russian River Valley.
