Pineapple Coco Rhum Jam is an artisanal pineapple, coconut, and rum jam produced by the Filipino brand The Fruit Garden. It combines local tropical fruit with the French tradition of jam making.

It contains at least 60% fruit and is made from pineapple, raw cane sugar, coconut milk, rum, lemon, and fruit pectin. Like the brand’s other jams, it is cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons, allowing greater control over its texture and flavor intensity.

The jam has a tropical profile in which the sweet and tangy flavor of pineapple is complemented by creamy coconut notes and the warm aroma of rum. Small pieces of pineapple add texture, while the restrained sweetness allows the fruit flavor to remain prominent. It can be served with toast, croissants, pancakes, or waffles, added to yogurt or ice cream, or used as a filling for cakes and other desserts.
