Love Among The Ruins is a barrel-aged sour red ale from Thornbridge, featuring 7% ABV, aged for over a year in Burgundy wine barrels with cherries. Brewed on a Belgian yeast base with supplemental Brettanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus cultures, it develops layered sourness and depth.

It pours a hazy, dark ruby-red hue with a thin, pale head. The aroma and flavor showcase ripe cherries, hints of red wine, oak, and light farmhouse funk, balanced by malt and yeast complexity.
