To Øl is an independent Danish craft brand known for its experimental approach and constant pushing of stylistic boundaries in brewing. It was founded in 2010 in Copenhagen by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen, originally functioning as a “gypsy brewery”, without its own production facility.
