Toshimaya Shuzō is a Japanese sake brewery in Higashimurayama, in western Tokyo, established in 1935. Its roots trace back to the Toshimaya house, whose history began in 1596, when Toshimaya Juemon opened a sake shop and tavern in Edo, present-day Tokyo.
