Traikovsky Mastika is a traditional spirit from the family-owned Traikovsky distillery, crafted according to a recipe preserved since 1922. It is made from a blend of wine grapes and undergoes triple distillation, a process that ensures purity and allows its aromatic profile to develop gradually.

During the final stage of distillation, the spirit is infused with more than twelve different herbs and spices, creating layered notes of honey, anise, gentle resinous tones, and subtle herbal freshness. With an alcohol content of 42%, it offers a full yet balanced character that remains smoother than many classic anise liqueurs.

Traikovsky Mastika is traditionally enjoyed chilled or diluted with water and is often served as an aperitif thanks to its refreshing, aromatic structure. Its limited, craft-based production and strong regional identity make it a distinctive representation of Macedonian distilling heritage.
