Istraditional is a distinctive expression of Istrian Malvasia, crafted as a bridge between tradition and modern winemaking. Its hazy amber hue immediately sets it apart from the classic fresh Malvasia, inviting a more profound and layered experience.

The aroma unfolds gradually, with delicate notes of clementine, lime zest, and lemongrass, evolving into nuances of dried fern, baked quince, caramel, apricot, and a gentle hint of honey. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and soft, yet at the same time robust and fresh, with present tannins, remarkable minerality, and full body. The taste is long-lasting, intense, and perfectly balanced, making it a wine for slow, contemplative enjoyment in a wide Burgundy glass. The wine is made through a nine-day maceration, aged for twelve months in barrique barrels, and then further refined for several months in the bottle.

Unfiltered and naturally cloudy, it shines in the glass with a golden-amber glow, constantly evolving as it opens.
