Trigale F.lli Pinna is a family-run artisanal pasta producer based in Sorso, in northern Sardinia, known for crafting authentic pasta using 100% Sardinian durum wheat and pure spring water from the Gallura region. The name "Trigale" which means "wheat field" in the Sardinian language, reflects the company’s deep commitment to local raw materials and sustainable, territory-based production. The pastificio follows traditional methods such as bronze-die extrusion and very slow drying, resulting in a pasta with rich aroma, rustic texture, and excellent cooking resilience.
