Intense Organic is a premium variety of extra virgin olive oil from the Triomphe brand, produced on the organic farm of the Ben Ismail family in the village of Thuccabor, Beja Governorate, northern Tunisia. This oil is made from the Chetoui olive variety, grown at an altitude of around 700 meters on mineral-rich soil between the hills of Djbel Bousaid, where the sun and climate contribute to its intense green profile and high antioxidant levels. It is characterized by a strong, robust aroma, deep green color, a bitter and spicy aftertaste, along with a pronounced herbal and fruity profile and a very low level of acidity.

The intensity of flavor makes it ideal for finishing dishes, salads, roasted vegetables, as well as meat and seafood dishes where a bold aroma is desired.
