Flemish Graff from Try Wild was created in collaboration with Double A Brewing and represents a unique fusion of cider and sour beer. With 7% ABV, this graff is crafted as a blend of wild cider aged for two years on the lees and sour ale matured for three years in oak barrels.
After blending, it was further bottle-aged for one year, adding complexity and refined balance. The flavor is multi-layered, combining the freshness and acidity of apple with the vinous and rustic notes of sour fermentation, while the oak contributes gentle tannins and woody undertones.
The aroma reveals fruity and earthy nuances, with a touch of minerality and a resemblance to natural wines. Its texture is dry, lively, and sparkling, with a long, refreshingly tart finish.
