Wild Cider from Try Wild is the cidery’s flagship release, designed to showcase the essence of their philosophy built around local Udmurt apples. With around 5.5% ABV, it falls into the semi-dry style, combining the natural sweetness of apples with refreshing acidity and a light bitterness from the peel.
Fermented with wild yeasts, unfiltered and unpasteurized, it retains a rustic and authentic character, often with a slight haze and a more complex texture. The aroma is dominated by pure apple notes, while subtle herbal and earthy nuances emerge from the spontaneous fermentation process.
Carbonation is gentle to moderate, enhancing its refreshing quality and making it smooth and easy to drink. The taste is well balanced - sweet enough to appeal to a broad audience, yet dry enough to maintain elegance and gastronomic versatility.
Wild Cider is highly adaptable: it pairs well with cheeses, light dishes, or fruit-based desserts, but also works perfectly on its own as a refreshing drink.
