Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka is a premium spirit crafted on Okinawa Island, Japan. It begins with the traditional distillation of Awamori—a rice-based spirit indigenous to Okinawa—using long-grain indica rice inoculated with black kōji mold.

This Awamori is then redistilled in traditional pot stills to produce a vodka that is exceptionally pure and fragrant.
