Unibroue is a distinguished craft brewery founded in Chambly, near Montreal, by André Dion and Serge Racine. Since 1992, it has been the first in North America to brew Belgian-style beers using bottle refermentation, thanks to a close collaboration with Belgian brewmaster Gino Vantieghem.
