Uplistsikhe Estate is a boutique Georgian winery established in 2019 near the ancient cave city of Uplistsikhe, in the Kartli region, an area historically significant for viticulture. The estate is built on a small vineyard of around 7 hectares, planted with indigenous grape varieties such as Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane, adapted to the local climate and soils.
