Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Quills are Ceylon cinnamon sticks produced by Uruwala Estate in Kuruwita, Sri Lanka. They come from the estate’s own plantation and are made using traditional hand-processing and natural drying methods.

The bark is harvested at a carefully selected time, when it separates easily from the tree, which the producer associates with the full development of its aroma. It is then processed by hand, shaped into quills, and air-dried.

They offer a delicate, sweet aroma and a warm, spicy character. They are suitable for flavouring tea and other hot drinks, preparing homemade chai with cardamom, ginger, and cloves, and enhancing pilaf, meat stews, and pumpkin or sweet potato desserts.
