Solera de Su Majestad Oloroso VORS is one of the rarest and oldest wines from Valdespino, produced in extremely limited quantities and with an average age exceeding 30 years, as indicated by the VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) designation. It belongs to the Oloroso style, meaning it undergoes oxidative aging without the protective layer of flor, allowing prolonged contact with oxygen in the solera system.
This results in a highly concentrated and complex profile, with dominant aromas of walnuts, hazelnuts, dried fruits, and spices, layered with deep notes of tobacco, leather, and fine wood. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, dry, and structured, with a rich texture and seamlessly integrated alcohol.
Extended aging brings additional layers of caramel, cocoa, and balsamic nuances that evolve in the glass. The finish is exceptionally long, leaving a lasting impression of warmth and refinement.
It is best enjoyed on its own or paired with aged cheeses, nuts, and intensely flavored dishes. Solera de Su Majestad represents the pinnacle of traditional aged Sherry, defined by depth, complexity, and longevity.

Valdespino is known for its commitment to traditional production methods, including fermentation in oak barrels and long aging processes, resulting in sherry wines of exceptional complexity and character.
Their collection includes various styles of sherry, such as Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Palo Cortado, each with its own distinctive characteristics.
