Venchi Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread combines the rich taste of dark chocolate with the authentic aroma of Piedmont hazelnuts bearing the IGP designation of origin. It is made following a vegan and gluten-free recipe, without palm oil, artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
The base consists of low-fat cocoa powder, 20% Piedmont hazelnut puree, and 20% dark chocolate containing at least 50% cocoa solids. The addition of sunflower and olive oils, soy lecithin, and ground vanilla gives it a smooth texture and a subtle aroma.
It is ideal as a breakfast spread, a topping for fresh fruit, or an ingredient in creative culinary recipes.
