Vermut Zecchini Nero is a darker and more intense interpretation of classic Spanish vermouth from the portfolio of Madrid-based producer Vermut Zecchini, created for consumers who prefer a bolder, deeper, and more complex aromatic profile. In the glass, it shows a deep mahogany to nearly ebony color, reflecting its more robust style.

Its aromatic profile typically includes notes of orange peel, cinnamon, clove, aromatic herbs, and subtle hints of caramel or cola nut, giving it a warmer and more pronounced character than classic red vermouths. On the palate, it is fuller-bodied, with a more defined bittersweet structure and a longer finish, making it feel more serious and intense than lighter aperitif styles.

Like the rest of the Zecchini portfolio, Nero is rooted in the traditional Spanish approach to aromatizing wine with botanicals and reflects the family’s long-standing vermouth-making expertise dating back to 1940.
