During production, some of the whey is replaced with water, helping to achieve its gentle, mellow taste and slightly firmer texture. Its vibrant yellow color comes from the natural carotene in the Guernsey milk, known for its deep richness. This cheese offers a soft, buttery texture that melts in your mouth, with a lactic finish that lingers in the center.
