Volo Chocolate is an American artisanal chocolatier founded in 2016 by chefs Susan and Jeff Mall, who previously worked in farm-to-table restaurants. Inspired by their experiences in Mexico, they decided to dedicate their work to the bean-to-bar philosophy and the creation of chocolate from carefully selected cacao varieties.
