The Yellow Catuai beans, grown at around 1,300 meters above sea level and processed using the natural method, develop a full body, gentle acidity, and pronounced sweetness.

The cup profile highlights notes of toffee, brown sugar, macadamia, and chocolatey nut tones, resulting in a smooth, rounded flavor ideal for espresso, milk-based drinks, or as a rich everyday brew.
